Speaking Requests
Thank you for your interest in my availability to be involved in your event!
I love teaching the Word, and I love teaching women to teach the Word, so it’s an honor for you to consider the possibility of us partnering together.
With that being said, my responsibilities as a (very active) member of my local church, Bible teacher, exposition teacher, and full-time job make it impossible for me to participate in every event. Consequently, I have some buddies who help me prayerfully consider each request.
To guide our consideration, we prioritize the following:
- Unreached and under-resourced people.
- My local church.
- Multi-church events involving teachers and leaders, especially if I'm teaching them to exposit Scripture.
- Events that don’t require me to be away from home for more than a few days at a time.
- Events that make it possible for me to travel with a companion (usually one of my students and sometimes a friend or family member). This helps me prioritize time for mentoring and personal relationships.
- Events that record my teaching (or allow me to do so) and events that will allow me to post my teaching online for free. Knowing that my teaching can be multiplied among the under-resourced online puts an event much closer to the top of my priority list.
I (generally) do not have the luxury of accepting unpaid speaking engagements. My speaking requests are one of the primary ways we fund our ministry.
If your request doesn't meet all these criteria, it's still worth asking!
I am occasionally able to make exceptions to these priorities. That said, I appreciate your gracious understanding of all of them. If you would like to submit an invitation, please complete the form below as thoroughly and as specifically as possible.
My team will review your kind invitation promptly, and we will respond to you in a timely manner. Even if I’m unable to participate in your event, I pray that God will bless it for the advancement of His Kingdom and glory.
